Molto bella e curata … solo le piscine piccole e affollate
The Nave was lacking of activities for adults compared as the other companies. The swimming pool closed very early for a hot summer. The swimming pools on Costa Firenze was poor compared with MSC. Inside very confused to return back to cabin and to go to the activities. Dinner was awful: too slow, mistakes and people not gentile. They offered the same as the self service with 2.5 hours dining time. Excessive!! I paid for that and went only 2 times because it was unsupportable the serving delay. Not good at all. Event in the self service, started good, but at the end the quantity was going less and less and the variety was started to be very low. The information for the excursions and where to go and time were not updated. We lost an nice excursion by lack of information. Next time we take the MSC, instead.

Piscine insufficienti per il numero di passeggeri. Campo sportivo da gestire molto meglio o può essere un grande rischio!…

Nave sobria e accogliente, molto piacevole da vivere. Un po' di carenza a bordo di personale che comprendesse e parlasse l'italiano (al di là del classico "buongiorno e buon appetito"). Nave molto semplice da capire e girare fin dal primo giorno. Ben allestiti i ristoranti e il buffet. Cabine piccole per 4 persone. Belli e molto vari gli spazi esterni. Personale sempre gentilissimo e disponibile a tutte le richieste.

Nave nuova e sempre tenuta in modo perfetto con manutenzione costante. Elegante e moderna. Non infantile e colorata ma molto gradevole e creativa nell' arredamento e stile.
Meravigliosa; dotata di tutte le qualità necessarie per una ottima vacanza.
